Well, That Explains It

1) Put dinner in a crock pot at 5 p.m. on Low.
2) Crank it to high by 9 p.m.
3) 1 a.m. holy crap the potatoes are still raw and the chicken thighs are still twitching.
4) Transfer everything into a cast iron skillet at 450 degrees for a half hour
5) That’s better
